Privacy Notice

Applies to gtmflashcards.com, the waitlist, and the app when you have access.

What we collect

• Waitlist: work email, company, optional role and message, and basic request metadata.
• Accounts: email, name, role, domain, usage of flashcards and rankings.
• Optional connected sources: only if an admin connects them (for example call transcripts, CRM, Slack, docs).
• Essential cookies as described in the Cookie Notice.

Why

To review access requests, run the product, isolate tenants, maintain decks, and communicate about the service.

Tenants

We do not mix one domain’s decks, rankings, or users into another domain. See the Trust Center.

Sharing

We use processors needed to host the site and app (including Cloudflare). We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Waitlist records are kept while we operate the waitlist. Account data is kept while the tenant is active, then deleted or anonymized when the tenant is closed, unless law requires longer.
