Terms of Service
Last updated September 4, 2026. These terms cover the marketing site, waitlist, and the product when you are invited.
The services
GTM Flashcards provides a website at gtmflashcards.com and, after invite, a multi-tenant application at app.gtmflashcards.com. Waitlist submission is an access request, not a guarantee of an account.
Accounts
You must use a work email you are authorized to use. Organizations are grouped by email domain. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Content
You retain rights to material you submit. You grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service, including generating and maintaining flashcards for your tenant. You must have the right to submit optional private sources (calls, email, Slack, docs).
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as available. We do not warrant that flashcards are complete, that rankings predict quota, or that the agent’s research is error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses from content you chose to connect.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the posted date is acceptance of the update.
